Well, my Perinatal Patient Advocate training with Intentional Birth is officially complete! ✅ I came to Chicago to sharpen my advocacy skills, and the Windy City made sure I stuck around long enough to celebrate my first St. Patrick’s Day here. 🍀💚 (They really commit—turning a whole river green? Respect.)

This training was incredibly valuable, and I feel more equipped than ever to support my clients in navigating their birth options with confidence. Because every birthing person deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered. 💪✨

Feeling deeply honored and connected after receiving this incredible gift from a shaman in Peru. This meteorite, passed down from her grandmother, was given to me when she learned that I am a doula. It’s said to help women during childbirth by providing grounding and protective energy. I’m beyond grateful to carry forward its powerful energy and incorporate it into my doula practice.
