Captain Pete and the Island Oasis arrived safely in Naples Florida on New Year’s Eve, made its splash on New Year’s Day and hosted its first charter on January 2nd! Great start to 2025! Happy New Year! 🎆🎈🎊

That’s right! The elusive slot fish, keeper striped bass! Along with two monster blue fish which put up a heck of a fight!

Barracuda under the dock! Fun facts: They are adept hunters with few predators because of their speed and size. Great barracudas can swim at speeds up to 36 mph (58 kph).

Island Oasis Charters wishes you a happy and healthy new year! 🎊 2022 was a unique year! It was our first year offering custom charters in southwest Florida, then Hurricane lan hit, devastating and changing the west coast of Florida like no other storm in recent history. Our thoughts and prayers are still with all who were affected by this horrific storm. Island Oasis Charters made a conscious decision to postpone seasonal startup from November 1 to January 1 to allow debris and water quality to improve. We've taken several trips now and happy to announce that we're resuming charters of all types! Cheers to 2023! 🥂🐬

This great crew reeled in some amazing stripers yesterday! Striped Bass haven’t been this great years! Striped Bass fun fact: Female striped bass grow larger than the males and have the potential for producing a million eggs for each 10 pounds of body weight each spring.

Bluefin Tuna are running! What a fantastic day with a 62” landed! 🎣
