His life is hard and all we are trying to do is lighten the burden a little.

I will be running on a track with 450 other runners. We run one mile every hour for 24 hours. It is harder than you think.

We do it for the kids.

They provide wishes to the kids and their families as well as 100’s of other activities throughout the year.

I have done this event for 6 crazy years, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and now 2024

Why do I keep coming back?
That is easy. These kids need Us.

I say Us because your part of the solution as well.

I would not be able to raise funds every year without great people backing me up.

My team is Team Liza. 40 of us will run 1 mile every hour for 24 hours.

Little to no sleep. 400 runners this year are running this event. To be a challenger in this event you have to sign up and the open spots fill up in 13 hours.

This is my 5th year running. I get to see these kids in person throughout the weekend and during the final mile. They are why we run.

I have been running. Still slow but I am still moving.

Trying to get prepared for the 24 in 24 in 27 days.

Update

The 24 in 24 was scheduled for Sept 30th - Oct 1

Due to unplanned construction at Progressive Field the date had t one changed.

Now the event is going to be on Sept 9th - 10th.

Many challengers had to drop out and out window to find replacements have been reduced by 3 weeks.
