* Experienced with full SDLC projects and short and long term “rescue projects,” rapidly moving status from Red to Green to save projects. Creates deliverables that meet/exceed project timeline, budget, scope, and quality.
* Performs scope/change management, budget/cost management, resource management, risk management, quality management/testing, communication management, process analysis, & production deployment.
* A communicator who leads development teams and manages relationships with business, C-level, stakeholders, vendors, and end users by leveraging technical, business, and industry knowledge i.e. communication plans and conference call/meeting skills. Fosters a team environment based on trust and open communication.
* Eagerly presents tech talks and helps teams to learn new methodologies and concepts such as how to use agile and scrum.
* Knowledgeable of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Patriot Act, HIPPA, and PCI compliance procedures pertaining to data retention and usage as well as audit preparation.
* Experienced using Planview, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Team Foundation Server, and Dynamics.
