We've been running Youtube ads through LeadFarm for about 4 months, and during that time we've generated roughly 20 seller leads, and so far we've converted those leads into 6 active listings. On top of that, I have a listing appointment for a property that should sell for about $800k, and in our market the average sales price is about $300k.
