Got a foam roller? Here are 5 different ways to use it for soft tissue work, mobility, control, and exercise.
Simple equipment. Plenty of options.
Turns out exercise names are pretty straightforward.
Bench press = press the bench.
Foam rolling = roll the foam roller.
Good mornings=wake up.
Dr. Max finally cracked the code. 😂
The hip hinge isn’t just something you practice with a barbell.
You use this movement pattern throughout everyday life—sitting into a chair, opening a door with your hands full, picking something up from the floor, and much more.
RDLs are one great way to train it, but the real goal is becoming better at the movement itself.
Catching requires much more than skill. You need enough hip and spine mobility to repeatedly squat, rotate, block, receive, move laterally, and get up to throw.
Once I got to college, mobility became a regular part of my routine instead of something I only worked on when I felt tight.
Your skills can get you on the field. Your body has to keep you there.
