Congratulations to my clients in Sandwich, Illinois, on reaching full occupancy at their property.

Just over three months ago, we were hired as the exclusive leasing agent when the building was approximately 60% occupied, with several spaces having remained vacant for years. Today, I’m proud to share that the property is now 100% occupied.
