Job Description: Senior .NET Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using the .NET framework.
2. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
3. Architect software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices and architectural principles.
4. Write clean, well-designed, and maintainable code following established coding standards and practices.
5. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
6. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
7. Optimize application performance through performance tuning, code refactoring, and other optimization techniques.
8. Work closely with quality assurance teams to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure the quality of deliverables.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development.
10. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
11. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.
3. Proficiency in C #, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
4. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
5. Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React.
6. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
11. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar are a plus.
