This clubhouse feels like the good part of the afternoon.
A little game room energy, a little cafe comfort, a little sunshine across the floors, and plenty of room for residents to make the space their own.
Rendered for Inspire Briar Chapel before the real walkthrough begins.

The goal was simple: make the unit feel real before anyone could walk through it.
From floor plans and finish notes, this 3-bedroom model unit came to life with warm staging, clean details, and enough personality to help prospects picture the move-in moment.

Friday afternoon vibes, rendered early.
Somebody found the music. Somebody claimed the shady table. Somebody is already asking if the bar cart is staying out.
The best amenity visuals feel like they caught the party five minutes after it started.

Some angles are meant to explain the property. Others are meant to make someone feel it.
This visual set gave the community both: daylight views for clarity, dusk views for atmosphere, and amenity imagery built to help prospects understand the experience earlier in the leasing journey.
Built with JPI.
Built for RPM Living
This one had a clear visual lane from the start: warm desert character outside, calm residential comfort inside.
The package included an exterior hero shot, model unit stills, 3D floor plans, and an interactive model unit. The result gives future residents a better way to understand the community before stepping on-site.
Built with MC Companies.
Today, we remember the cost behind the freedoms we often move through quietly.
Multi-level residences can be difficult to communicate through traditional 2D plans alone. These 3D floor plans give prospects a clearer understanding of the home’s layout, showing how the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, closets, balconies, and stair connection all work together.
The result is a more intuitive way to explore the residence before touring in person.

Before cutting rent or relying more heavily on concessions, multifamily teams should audit the visual experience around their hardest-to-lease inventory.

This courtyard had the right ingredients: fire pit, string lights, lawn games, seating, and that golden-hour glow.
The key was making sure the view could actually show it.
During the rendering process for Aura Fairways, the Trinsic Residential team asked us to replace an obstructing tree with lower planting so the courtyard would read more clearly. Small change, big difference.
The final scene feels calm, warm, and ready to sell the lifestyle.
