Sometimes things don't meet expectations. We came in after this ceiling was redone. It definitely needed some attention though. It was in a tough spot so we had to bring in the right tools. Sometimes it's the small details that bring a room together.

From demolition to reveal! The kitchen's got a fresh new look. We removed old subfloors and installed a new ones to create no transitions on the first floor. The stairs are now solid with new stringers, and the bathroom's been completely gutted and waterproofed. Plus, new carpet and vinyl flooring throughout and new doors for every room.

We yanked out some wood paneling and found a time capsule of drywall disasters underneath. Skim coat for the save.

So, we had to fix this sinking toilet issue for a client. Turns out, someone before me decided to play Jenga with the floor joists. We found out they cut a crucial beam and just let it sag. We jacked it up 1.5 inches, threw in some extra support, and that’s a wrap. The floor's solid now. All fixed. Finished product looks good with new trim and flooring.

We've given it our all! The updates are in, and they make all the difference. From a total tear down to a vibrant reveal, this space has come a long way. We're obsessed with the bright colors! They bring the whole room to life!

Just wrapped up another great project! We installed two new Jeld-Wen double windows complete with fresh PVC exterior trim, giving this home a clean, modern look and improved energy efficiency. The new windows bring in tons of natural light and added curb appeal, and the low-maintenance PVC trim will keep everything looking sharp for years to come.
