We are very proud to announce that each of these packages has received a Communicator Award “Award of Distinction”.

The Communicator Awards is an International award competition that recognizes excellence, effectiveness, and innovation across all areas of communication. Thank you to the judges for for the recognition! Also, a huge thank you to for entrusting Linn Design Studio to redesign the packaging for these amazing wines.


Krupp Brothers, a distinguished premium brand, engaged Linn Design Studio to craft a limited edition brandy package that embodies luxury. Reflecting on the brand's rich narrative, the design draws inspiration from Black Bart, the infamous stagecoach robber who traversed the Napa Valley. This historical motif is intricately woven into the design, using a blend of classic typography, dingbats, and ornate frames to transport consumers back to the Wild West.

The label's design intricately blends these elements to create a sense of luxury and complexity, making it stand out in a competitive market. An eye-catching feature of the label is a hand-applied metal coin that portrays the Krupp Brothers, adding a unique tactile element that enhances the overall luxury feel of the package.

This design not only aligns with the Krupp Brothers' branding but also appeals to a sophisticated audience that appreciates a narrative-rich, premium-quality product. The feedback from the client and preliminary market reactions have been overwhelmingly positive, suggesting that the package successfully resonates with its target demographic and elevates the brand's prestige.

Veraison by Krupp Brothers

The Krupp Brothers story: As the brothers developed Stagecoach Vineyards (which became one of the premier vineyards in the Napa Valley) 1 BILLION pounds of volcanic rock were cleared to make room for the vines.

We pay tribute to the rock with a subtle blind emboss pattern. It’s one of the details that becomes apparent when you hold the bottle in your hands. Depth, luxury, details.

Veraison is the onset of the color change that happens to the grape berries when they’re ripening on the vine. The label represents the transition of the grape berry from bright green to a beautiful purple.
