Here's a quick synopsis of the ZInfandel tasting results: Judges picks: First place: Maroon Wines, 2nd Place: Bonneau, 3rd was tie: Muscardini and and Mayo.
Public Picks: 1st: Mayo, 2nd: Keating, 3rd: Bonneau. Favorite Napa wine by the public: The Terraces.

The judges deep in thought!!
Our co-creator, Efrain, is stepping down from SR. He has an awesome job with Clif Family Winery & Farm and wants to focus all his energy there. Don't worry, he'll still pop in from time to time and perhaps one of these days we can convince him to step up to the judges' table.

David Mounts share his "Manly" petite sirah with Small Lots Wine Tours' guest. Their PS won "most manly" Petite at Sibling Rivalry Petite Sirah.
I'm on the road to Sonoma Country tomorrow to search out Zins for the rematch on the 28th. Who's coming?
We still need Zinfandels for the SR Rematch. Please let us know if you want to submit your Napa or Sonoma Zin (So far we have more Napa than Sonoma..hmm..is Sonoma scared?).
So far three of our top ranking Zins from last year are up for the rematch: Fontanella, Chase and Mayo. Will they defend their title at Sibling Rivalry, Napa vs. Sonoma Zin: The Rematch?
We lowered the price of Sibling Rivalry to $20 if you prepay. You still will be refunded $10 towards the purchase of wine.
