CORRIENTES —
Before the first buds, we welcome our 9 cows in the vineyard.
They eat the grass all around the plant and they bring organic matter which stimulates and enrich the microbial life of the soils.

NO PUMPING, NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL —

Extraction is made softly thanks to the vats’ small size and the great care in each step of vinification. Temperatures are measured and adjusted manually to return to this fundamental connection with the wine: “each vat is a child aborning”.

…arrived at Pym-Rae as the estate manager in 2021.
He embodies the new generation. He was first introduce to Biodynamics in 2012, when he managed the Michel Chapoutier’s Alsatian wine.
His experience led him to acquire a true expertise of small mountain vineyards and precise terroirs.
Jérôme brings a fresh perspective to Pym-Rae’s unique farming and winemaking philosophy, while ensuring the continuity of the biodynamic and winemaking approaches set up at the estate since 2016.

MOUNT VEEDER —
It represents only 1.3% of total Napa Valley Production. It is the only hillside appellation in Napa Valley that adjoins the cool, bayside Carneros, benefiting from the cooling influence of San Pablo Bay.
Mount Veeder is best known for producing wines with depth, intensity and complexity.
