FOURTH OF JULY 🇺🇸 ⭐️ MENU ADDITION: Inasal was perfected in the Visayas region of the Philippines. Our chicken takes a dip in a beautiful marinade of cane vinegar, calamansi, and lemongrass before being finished on the grill. We baste the chicken with special chicken oil made with Annatto seeds that give the Inasal its trademark yellow hue. Chicken Inasal leg quarter, chicken rice, and atchara (pickled green papaya). Our version of chili crisp that's made by infusing a blend of chilies, aromatics, and spices. 🌶 We love adding spoons of it to any meal to kick things up to 11. ⚡️ Try it on eggs, rice bowls, sandwiches, and if you're brave enough: vanilla ice cream. Did we mention it’s vegan??

Our Spam Kimchi Rice is inspired by drunk food, Spam Musubi and Budae Jjigae. It’s got panko-crusted spam, our Musubi soy reduction, pickled cucumbers, and an egg all on a bed of caramelized kimchi rice. We give you a packet of roasted nori to mix in or to make hand rolls. 🤙

Taba ng Talangka (TNT) AKA aligue is a paste made out of crab roe that is a dynamite ingredient from the Philippines. 🇵🇭 We enrich a caramel with loads of TNT to create a savoury-sweet-funky glaze. An exciting ingredient presented in a familiar package: These wings are 🧨!
