✅ Propane tank access must be completely clear — if it isn’t, our technicians won’t be able to refill your tanks
✅ Remote tank readers must be clear of snow so we can accurately monitor your propane levels
✅ Check outdoor heating vents to make sure snow drifts aren’t blocking proper ventilation

Before the next Snow event arrives, here are a few Important steps to take!

• Clear driveways and access paths to propane tanks so our delivery trucks can reach your property safely.
• Clear the area around underground tanks and gently offset the tank cover so it does not freeze to the ground.
• Check your propane tank level whenever possible. Tank monitors may have difficulty transmitting if buried under snow.
• Clear all exterior vents to ensure proper system operation and safety.
