Great commercial project just completed!
Removed 23 year old equipment & Installed Mitsubishi smart multi systems ducted/ ductless.
Alot of stainless steel strut!
Do it right!
I have maintained the existing HVAC equipment for 5 years and the owner decided to upgrade to more efficient equipment.
This is Phase 1.
4 more to go!
The customer will recieve a very nice rebate ($2500.00) per ton for the switch out.

I just started to post back on Facebook this past summer.
Here is a past install we did for the Brewster Natural resources.

We worked with Rise engineering on this commercial project.

The buildings current heating system was Electric resistance base board heat.

We installed two Mitsubishi H2i systems.
One Multi zone system will be for the office rooms total of three

One single zone for the semi large meeting room.

We used a mix of wall heads (GL & FS series)
The GL heads are best for smaller rooms due to the size.
They are 33 inches long.
The FS wall heads are 36 inches long and offer dual vane & The 3D i-See Sensor that will thermally scan the interior space that will continuously analyzing the temperature profile of the room to detect cool and warm spots through out.
They are best for larger areas.

We also installed MHK2 wireless thermostats so we can set different parameters/ high and low set point lock outs.

We raised the units with 12 inch Stands and built a platform to level.

The Town of Brewster will see a reduction in their electrical cost vs the Electric resistance baseboard heaters & Window Ac units.

This project will qualify for the Mass save Commercial rebates.

Great project we did for a local down town business.
We installed a single zone Fujitsu low temperature heat pump for the second floor and upgraded a standard Ac system for the first floor to a high efficient Bosch Heat pump.
We raised up the equipment 18 inches anticipation of Nor-easters.

Our customers will be happy with the year-round savings with this equipment.

We have been straight out busy and time goes fast!

I just wanted to share this recent project we did in-town.

On Nantucket when designing a project many aspects come into play.
This consists of Weather, providing year-round heating,cooling, dehumidification, aesthetics and most important the after service.

After service and preventative maintenance is a duty that every installer should offer their clients.
I always tell my customers to use on-island services that have businesses on island that can be there when you need them.

Companies like my self that do work on Island exclusively year-round know the obstacles from traffic, weather, boat delays and we do it day in and day out.

Here is a example on what we do -

On this project we used stainless steel stands (Weather) Copper drain lines (Aesthetics) Equipment (Fujitsu) that is well known/established brand that we have been installing exclusively on island for the past 8 years.

The head configurations we used were floor and wall units.
The linesets were ran on the interior of the home to limit line hide covers on the exterior.
The little things matter like using copper for the drain lines vs pvc and vinyl tubing thats visible on the exterior of the home.

We always design every project using Writesoft manual J load calculations to determine the load size.

Also we are a installer through the Mass save Heat pump installer network.
