This one was such a special project! Luke and Hannah came to me through Etsy wanting a fully custom home plan designed specifically for their property and they’re planning to build it THEMSELVES! How cool!

We created a detailed set that includes a finished basement, an open-concept main floor, and a cozy second story layout for their family. I set up the framing, plumbing, and plan organization to make it as straightforward as possible for them to handle the build personally, while still having everything they need for a full construction-ready set.

I love seeing families take their dream home from paper to reality with their own hands!
