We traveled down to Lakewood campgrounds in Myrtle Beach for the Grillers Cup. Must say we have had two great weekends in a row on the competition trail!! Finished 2nd in wings missing first by .001 of a point!! Crazy tight! For butts we placed 3rd and in turn got us another Reserved Grand Champion title!! Congrats to Tail-gater Hater for their 1st in ribs and Backwoods Bar-b-Que for taking 1st in butts!! Lastly congrats to Monkey Bottom Boys for the Grand Champion Title!! Also congrats to everyone who got a call!! See ya next year!!!

Went to the Mauldin Sooie BBQ Cook-off this past Friday and Saturday. Wasn’t expecting too great of results since we’ve barely cooked this year but we were surprised!!! Out of 24 cook teams we finished 3rd on Friday nights sweet category. Saturday we came up with a 1st in ribs and 5th in pork which was good enough to land us as Reserve Grand Champion!!! Congrats to Monkey Bottoms BBQ for the Grand Champion and everyone else who got a call!!

Chicken legs finished with High on the Hog’s new trifecta sauce!! Oh boy!!!!
