Hi everyone!
Who do you order your promotional items through? We recently ordered from CafePress but they mistakenly sent us the wrong thing.

Since it was admittedly their mistake, we believe they should have:

1. Apologized
2. Either sent us our money back or sent us our correct order, without asking us to do anything.

Instead, they put the burden on us to fix their mistake when we did nothing wrong. Needless to say, we were not pleased and don't believe their 100% satisfaction guarantee is legit. We no longer recommend using them.
