On Point Home Inspector

Some of the things I've come across in my inspection process, and electrical days. Rule 1. Get an inspection on your house before you buy it. Rule 2. Your Painter or Handyman is not an electrician!!

Don't let you plumber or painter be your electrician...

Home inspections are money well spent if you ask me. Don't let this be your problem.

As of this morning. We're still not out of the clear. Make sure you check with your clients to see if they might want an inspection before closing. Might make a difference for some. Everyone be safe.

Don't risk not getting a home inspection, and end up with this nightmare to deal with.
