During the 95th National FFA Convention & Expo last week, Tractor Supply Co. announced a $5 million partnership with National FFA Organization. 🤗

Each year for the next five years, the Tractor Supply Foundation will commit $1 million to the FFA Future Leaders Scholarship Fund by Tractor Supply. 🙌

Highlights of the scholarship fund include the following:
🔵 $460,000 will be used for 92 scholarships at trade schools and 2-year colleges for students pursuing a skilled trade with $5,000 scholarships.
🔵 $540,000 will fund 54 scholarships for students pursuing agriculture-related four-year majors with $10,000 scholarships.
🔵 Tractor Supply will also offer scholarship recipients career opportunities at its stores or distribution centers while they are pursuing their education and will earmark internships at the Company’s Store Support Center each year.

National FFA just announced a record high membership of 850,823 members in 2021-2022! This is up 15% from the year before!

The 2021-22 South Carolina FFA membership is just shy of 10,000 members…a record high as well!!

Congratulations Chase Hanna! First place South Carolina State FFA Extemporaneous Public Speaking, at the SC FFA State Convention. Awesome Job!!!

Another exciting day in the forest, teaching students and teaching skills. They planted 2 palmetto palms today,emphasizing proper technique planting depth and aftercare. Got a love these students they are the greatest!

Just another day in Paradise! Went back two days to help my students install their Semester Project, landscaping the entrance to the baseball and softball complex. Love these kids and working with them to instill a true passion for the art of landscape design and work ethic to do their very best. CFHS now has a Grand Entrance for another area of awesome programs offered by this wonderful institution.
Also, a huge shootout to Margie Hapman at Home Depot of myrtle beach, supporting our project with a substantial grant to assist with funding this project!! Thank you Margie and Home Depot for your generosity and support.
