Plant list and pricing is in the second image. We will be accepting cash, check, or card at the event and we will be holding this event rain or shine!

Socastee Takes on the State House!

What an incredible day in Columbia for the South Carolina FFA Legislator Appreciation Day! We had the privilege of meeting and speaking with Representatives Heather Ammons Crawford and Val Guest, as well as U.S. Congressman Russell Fry. Their unwavering support for FFA, both in Columbia and Washington, D.C., is truly inspiring!

It’s especially exciting to see Socastee High School alumni in action, continuing to support their community and the future of agriculture!

Happy Valentine’s Day from Socastee High School FFA! ❤️🌹

Today, our FFA chapter members visited Angel Oak Nursing Home to spread some love and share delicious chocolates with the residents. A huge thank you to the amazing staff and residents at Angel Oak for welcoming us this afternoon—we loved spending time with you!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our food drive! Together, we collected an amazing 326 pounds of food for the Helping Hand of Myrtle Beach. Your kindness and generosity will truly make a difference in our community. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Tomorrow starts our FFA Chapters Harvest for All Food Drive, and we need your help to make a difference! So, let’s come together to provide meals for families in need and support our community. We will be collecting food from Nov. 11 through Nov. 19 at the main entrances of the school as well as in the AG shop.

Today our chapter visited Freewoods Farm to help with the stripping of their harvest of sugar cane. Freewoods Farm is a living farm museum showing life on a small African American family farm between 1865 and 1900. Please check them out for yourself, and pick up some of their cane syrup that will be available in the coming weeks!
