We just completed our first large project at our Arbor House property! We had all of the cabinets painted white. Also, Luke installed a backsplash in the kitchen and new shelves in the laundry room/ pantry. We are so happy with the results and cannot wait to share our property with you💗🌴Now is a great time to book your 2026 dates! 📆

Ocean Bridge Property Sold: ✅️Today we closed a chapter in our story and officially sold our Ocean Bridge property. This was our first vacation rental, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous when we bought it. But looking back, it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Over the past four years, we’ve learned a ton, spent countless days at the beach, and figured out how to self-manage a rental property. That experience helped us grow, not just as hosts and individuals, but as business owners.
While we're saying goodbye to Ocean Bridge, we’re excited to announce a new chapter! In May, we purchased our Arbor House property, and we’ve already wrapped up a successful first rental season.
