๐Ÿฅฏ TWO INGREDIENT ALMOND FLOUR BAGELS ๐Ÿฅฏ

If youโ€™ve got almond flour and Greek yogurtโ€ฆ youโ€™ve basically got bagels. ๐Ÿ˜
Soft inside, golden outside, and so easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
๐Ÿฅฃ 2 cups almond flour
๐Ÿฅฃ 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
โœจ Optional: 1 tsp baking powder
โœจ Optional: egg wash + Everything Bagel seasoning

LETโ€™S MAKE IT:
๐Ÿฅฏ Mix almond flour and yogurt until a dough forms
๐Ÿฅฏ Divide into 4 pieces and shape into bagels
๐Ÿฅฏ Brush with egg wash if using
๐Ÿฅฏ Add seasoning
๐Ÿฅฏ Bake at 375ยฐ for 20โ€“25 minutes until golden

Barefoot tip: Toast them the next day for breakfast sandwiches or cream cheese bagels ๐Ÿค

โœจ Sparkling water

Muddle the cucumber and mint together, add ice, pour in coconut water, then top with sparkling water for the perfect light and refreshing mocktail.

Barefoot tip: Add a squeeze of fresh lime for an extra mojito-style twist ๐Ÿ‹โ€๐ŸŸฉ

Ingredients
1/2 cup chilled hibiscus berry tea ๐ŸŒบ
1 1/2 cups white grape juice ๐Ÿ‡
1 1/2 cups sparkling water โœจ
Fresh strawberries, sliced ๐Ÿ“
Citrus fruitsโ€ฆ Orange slices ๐ŸŠโ€ฆ Be creative!
Ice ๐ŸงŠ

Letโ€™s make it
Add strawberries and orange slices to a pitcher
Pour in the chilled hibiscus berry tea
Add white grape juice
Fill with ice
Top with sparkling water
Stir gently and let it infuse for a few minutes
Serve chilled and enjoy ๐Ÿ’•

There is so much power in women uplifting women.
In a world that often encourages comparison, choosing support is something truly beautiful.
A genuine compliment costs nothing, yet it can soften someoneโ€™s day, heal a hidden insecurity, or give her confidence she didnโ€™t even know she needed. That is never small. That is powerful.

Letโ€™s be the kind of women who clap for each other, encourage each other, and remind each other of our worth.
Letโ€™s create spaces where women feel safe to shine, to grow, to be fully themselves without fear of judgment or competition.
