Today we lead a professional development training for the crew at SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, as part of our year long engagement.

Today’s session focus on soft skills, including communication, adaptability, empathy, and teamwork. Aside from presenting content and facilitating discussion, we led a brand new activity that showcased all four soft skills at once.

This weekend, thousands of residents and visitors came together to enjoy great music, make lasting memories, support local businesses, and celebrate everything that makes our community special.

Events like CCMF are about more than the artists on stage. They're about the people who make Myrtle Beach such a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. From the volunteers and event staff to our local businesses, public safety personnel, hospitality professionals, and the countless community members who show up year after year, thank you for helping create an experience that continues to put Myrtle Beach in the national spotlight.

Heather and I had an absolute blast spending the weekend with friends, meeting new people, and soaking in the incredible energy that makes this community so unique.

Thank you again to all the amazing staff, volunteers, first responders, performers and to the entire Myrtle Beach community…Here's to great music, great memories, and an even greater community.

🎶 As Carolina Country Music Fest comes to a close tonight, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible artists, organizers, volunteers, vendors, first responders, and community partners who help make this event such a success each year.

Events like CCMF showcase the energy, hospitality, and sense of community that make Myrtle Beach such a special place to live, work, and visit.

Heather and I will be back out enjoying the final night of the festival this evening. If you see us, please stop and say hello…we always enjoy meeting new people, reconnecting with familiar faces, and maybe even snapping a selfie or two!

🎶 Community matters.

Last evening, Hop2it Consulting’s President Dr. Dan Hoppe and Senior Consultant Dr. Heather Hoppe spent the evening enjoying Carolina Country Music Fest and connecting with members of our Grand Strand community.

One of the things we appreciate most about events like CCMF is their ability to bring people together. Throughout the evening, we had the opportunity to see familiar faces, reconnect with community partners, and celebrate one of Myrtle Beach's premier events.

At Hop2it Consulting, we believe strong communities are built through relationships, and it's always rewarding to step away from the office and spend time engaging with the people and organizations that make our region such a special place to live, work, and lead.

MOMENTUM IS BUILDING! 14 of 20 Seats Committed…

Four days ago, we officially announced the launch of the Momentum Leadership Network (MLN).

The response has been nothing short of incredible.

In just four days, 14 leaders have committed to joining MLN, representing a diverse mix of industries, organizations, and leadership experiences from across our community.

I am both humbled and excited by the enthusiasm surrounding this new initiative and grateful for the leaders who have chosen to be part of this journey.

MLN was created around a simple belief:

Leadership was never meant to be a solo journey.

Beginning in July, members will gather monthly to learn, connect, share ideas, discuss challenges, celebrate wins, and grow together through leadership development, peer learning, networking, and meaningful conversations.

To ensure a high-quality experience and meaningful engagement, membership is intentionally limited to just 20 leaders.

As of today, only 6 membership opportunities remain.

A sincere thank you to everyone who has already joined us. I cannot wait to see the impact this community will have, not only on the leaders involved, but throughout the organizations and communities they serve.

Today we facilitated a leadership development session for the PAR Physical Therapy team as part of our year-long engagement, focused on clear and effective communication. Through intentional activities, discussion and relevant scenarios, each team member identified 1 takeaway to start using immediately.
