Never Broken

You are never broken; merely bending.
Don't worry. Everything in this material world is
made to be flawed.
Here, there is a crack in everything
…except…except
that invisible umbilical cord between you and your
Creator.
The cracks are how the light gets in.
A human heart is made to not just be cracked, but
shattered: Shattered into a different wholeness.
Here, everyone must fight an unseen battle
between two dragons.
The good dragon symbolizes all that is light and
love in you. The bad dragon represents all the fear
and doubt that shadows this world.
The one that wins the battle ultimately depends on
which one you feed.
Just know that you are being sculpted into
something magnificent; piece by piece; blow by
blow.
A masterpiece takes a certain willingness to
transform its apparent
suffering into something beautiful.
There is only one truth I have learned here:
Life will keep breaking your heart...until it opens.
