What the deck?! Decks, rails, and cabinets already done this week, with paint, trim, and concrete still to come tomorrow and Fri!

We love the color of the siding against the black windows. It's going to really pop when all of the doors are painted black, too, and the decking is done!

Things are moving along quickly at Noah's Ark A18. We're on target for completion at the end of February, then decorating and furnishing in early March. We will be ready well in advance of our May 1st rental season kickoff!

Each bedroom is going to feel like a master bedroom. With the upgraded tray ceilings, bathrooms attached to 4 of the 5 bedrooms, and 4 of the bedrooms have direct deck access to enjoy the views!

From the tree removal to the framing, every step is bringing us closer to having another beautiful home right by the beach. 🌅 We can't wait to enjoy the ocean breeze, sunsets, and all the fun that Ocean Lakes Family Campground has to offer!
