Pride isn't just a character flaw, it's a rejection of God's authority. When we choose our way over God's way, we're essentially saying 'I've got this.' But history shows us that pride has been the root of misery in nations and families for generations. What does pride look like in your life?
Some people talk about faith. Others live it out. Abraham put that faith into action. When God called him to go, he obeyed, even though he didn’t know where he was going or what lay ahead. He trusted God enough to take the next step before he understood the whole journey.
Have you stepped out in faith? Is God calling you to do so now? This week, consider how your faith shapes your choices AND where God may be inviting you to trust Him and go.
