⭐️ June’s Employee of the Month is Jerrica Scott.

Jerrica is being recognized for her leadership, attentiveness, and willingness to take initiative. Having recently stepped into a supervisory role, she has done a great job of taking ownership of her shift and working to make positive changes.

Over the past month, Jerrica has been proactive in addressing issues as they arise, communicating expectations to her employees, and ensuring her shift stays on track. She is attentive to what is going on around her and isn't afraid to have difficult conversations when needed.

We're proud of the leadership Jerrica has shown and appreciate the effort she puts into supporting her shift and holding them accountable.

Kaylee is being recognized for her compassion, resilience, and dedication to this profession. Not long ago, Kaylee handled her first “big” call, an experience that naturally takes a toll and serves as a reminder that this job requires a special kind of person.

Throughout the call, Kaylee showed empathy and professionalism while helping someone during a difficult moment. Most importantly, she showed resilience afterward by continuing to show up, learn, and give her best each day.

We are super proud to have Kaylee on our team and look forward to watching her continue to grow.
