JAMES DAY, Riverside Realty Inc

Happy New Year to all of my friends, customers, and potential customers!
Have you made your New Year's resolutions yet?
Have you made them and already broken some or all?
This year, instead of New Year Resolutions, try setting some goals instead. Start out with short term, attainable goals. Instead of saying " I am going to lose 20 lbs this year" say I am going to lose 2 lbs this month. Or I am going to quit smoking, or drinking alcohol, set your goal at quitting for 1 day. After you attain that goal, reset it for another day. If you fail, the whole years resolution is not lost, just one day's goal. Just restate the goal and try again. Very important to write your goal down. Written goals are statistically achieved more often than non-written goals.

If your goal is to buy a new house or sell one you have, call me at 256-366-2145 for all of your Real Estate needs

Merry Christmas to all of my friends, family and customers

I have never heard this!!
DID YOU KNOW THIS?

The partridge in a pear tree is Jesus Christ.
Two turtle doves are the Old and New Testaments.
Three French hens stand for faith, hope and love.
The four calling birds are the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
The five golden rings recalled the Torah or Law, the first five books of the Old Testament.
The six geese a-laying stand for the six days of creation.
Seven swans a-swimming represent the sevenfold gifts of the Holy Spirit--Prophesy, Serving, Teaching, Exhortation, Contribution, Leadership and Mercy.
The eight maids a-milking are the eight Beatitudes.
Nine ladies dancing are the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit--Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control.
The ten lords a-leaping are the Ten Commandments.
The eleven pipers piping stand for the eleven faithful disciples.
The twelve drummers drumming symbolize the twelve points of belief in the Apostles' Creed.
(Copied and Pasted)

Courage is when you think it's going to hurt, but you do it anyway!
