Good driving record and willingness to to work overtime as needed. The wage is based on work experience and driving qualifications (hazmat certification is awarded additional pay). Great pay and benefits. Annual spray bonus. Custom applicator license required (we can assist in obtaining this license if the person has prior ag experience).
