Took the day off and got a great start! Just over a mile run done groceries, tanning, now time for yard work and weeding the garden and a bike ride with the mini later!

Today was an interesting one… started out okay then dentist appt went back to work and hit the gym…. Sprained my ankle right off the bat but muscle memory from doing it several times in HS came back and powered through it… should be good as new tomorrow (hopefully)
