Moana 2nd birthday cake for a beautiful little girl. Marbled chocolate vanilla cakes , vanilla buttercream filling. two tiered super large. Fondant everywhere!!!

Holiday goodies ..... starting with those macarons, followed by two cake rolls full of cream and fruit.

A last minute cake. 3 days to make but finished. For a sweet 3 year old who loves Moana ( I don't haha) she was super happy and loved it and had a wonderful birthday.... Chocolate w/ sweet vanilla buttercream and vanilla w/ strawberry buttercream n filling. Covered in fondant and vanilla crumble.

Cakes to madeleines to bread to macarons. Bit more desserts for the hungry.

Finally made my Ondeh Ondeh Fatcarons from one of the best teachers ..... Shout-out to who taught me all about pandan :) Cant wait to be in Singapore for an in studio class. Also had the pleasure in baking for my friends boss on his birthday. I'm glad he loved them. 2x Pandan cake macarons with coconut cream cheese filling and gula malaka drizzle, lemon zest macarons with lemon curd filling and white chocolate. Raspberry Macarons with raspberry buttercream, raspberry compote and raspberry curd.

Happy late Easter. With our family dinner and my sister and I playing Animal Crossings These were served Easter Day!!! A little vanilla / strawberry/ pretzel and chocolate /chocolate chip/ marshmellow.....in the shapes of a money bag and fossils. @ Wildomar, California
