Inlet Yoga offers yoga classes 7 days a week in our beautiful spacious studio and with Zoom classes that are recorded so you can safely practice with us any time and any where! We offer group and 1:1 privates, as well as small groups, workshops, Zoom classes, community giveback, Yoga on the Wall, Ayurveda, beach and outdoor classes in the warmer months, Yoga Teacher Training and Continuing Ed opp
