Hi everyone! I hope you guys are all doing well.
I just want to put out there that if you have asked Roma Ray's where I am or what happened they will tell you a lie

The truth is that the owner let me go. He chose a baker that does mass production with product that will last a long time( like the Super markets) over my fresh, good quality, no preservatives (grandma's baking).

ANNOUNCEMENT:
I am no longer employed at Roma Ray's. There is still some of my stuff in there for now (until its gone). I am not sure what journey lies ahead for me, but I just want to say thank you to everyone for all your love and support 💜

Special order that went out today. Italian rum cake AKA Italian birthday cake.
Sponge cake soaked with rum syrup, a layer of vanilla custard and a layer of chocolate custard, whipped cream frosting and surrounded with lady fingers 😋💜

Here at Roma Ray Italian Bakery & Food Market there are a lot of people asking "are you going to have...?" The answer is: I am going to try and get what I can get done. Right now I am the only one doing the pastries/baking. I would love nothing more than to fulfill everyone's request but unfortunately I am only one human.
Your loyalty and patience has been extremely appreciated. All of you are amazing! All I can do is promise I will do my best!
We will keep everyone posted on what varieties we will have for Easter.
