We are always excited to offer realistic self-defense training for Women & Teenage girls. This Is An Important Life Skill For ALL And A Valuable Opportunity For Our Young Women Along The Beautiful Coast Of The Grand Strand Community.

If you know of a group, team or teen class that wants to learn self-defense, please email or message us for more info. & scheduling. All classes and events are fully sponsored by Strand Security. This is a community service.

✅BE ALERT, When Someone or Something Feels Off, It Usually Is. Trust Your Instincts And Get To Safety. Your Body Senses Danger Before The Brain.

✅HAVE A PLAN, Self-Defense Is A Personal Decision. Please Know Ahead Of Time, What You Might Do If Someone Tried To Grab/Pull/Push You, Somewhere. Please Know Ahead Of Time, What You Might Do If A Stranger Approaches With Kindness But Then Has The Intent To Harm You.
