So this is for those of you that get a troubleshooting call for a 3 phase motor randomly tripping the thermal overload relay. You should actually trouble shoot the motor and not just crank the full load amp setting on thr relay up… this one running a large air compressor went on fire now all the motor controls are complete toast. This motor starter was connected directly to a rotary phase converter with zero short circuit or ground fault protection. The only protection it had was the thermal protection relay that someone cranked up. Expensive mistake… Fluke Corporation KNIPEX

Before and after of a completely rotten over head 200 amp service on a beach house now an underground fed service. Several months of planning due to house being a beach vacation rental and the underground had to be directional bored. Coordinating the county permit/inspection, Santee Cooper construction team and the bore crew. All to start and finish while rental was blocked for construction. Monday morning early start de-energize. Tuesday morning inspection and re-energize. All tear down, rebuild, bored feed, line work complete.
