The results are typically a mixed bag, of do’s and don’t’s. In this case, with numerous other listings sitting on market, we set a competitive asking price, reflective of the properties condition. And boom, UNDER CONTRACT IN 2 DAYS! Goes to show that strategic pricing makes the difference in any market!

This one was super special! I met Joey my first day in town at The Reserve security gate. We shared a great conversation which grew into a friendship. At that moment, I didn’t have a clue what the challenge he offered me entailed, but I am so grateful for the opportunity he provided me to help him and Laurie find a home. And a challenge it was!

Over the course of two years, as we walked through many homes, we both grew individually and together. To just call it a learning process is an understatement. We shared many defeats as we weathered what’s described as an anomaly in the housing market, but we didn’t lose the faith. Brother, we came, we saw, we lived it, we learned, and in the end, we did find success and shared an outstanding victory. We pushed further than most would go, given the distant was not known, but Joey you didn’t quit on me and I wasn’t giving up on you. I will forever use this as a reminder that if there is a will, there is way. Faith never fails. Congratulations my friends!
