Sharing my current favorite snack hack. I feel really good when I snack on these! As a reminder, fiber is sorely lacking in the standard American diet - aim for 25-30g. Increase slowly to prevent gas and bloating and don’t forget to hydrate!
If you forget sunscreen, take fish oil! But don’t forget your sunscreen!
