🚀 We’ve just completed the migration of the gitops-engine library into the Argo CD core.

It was quite a challenging process, involving coordinated changes across both repositories to prepare the ground and complete the final migration.

Starting from Argo CD 3.2, gitops-engine is now part of the core repository, and the old one (https://github.com/argoproj/gitops-engine) has been archived.

Strengthening Argo CD with a Redis 8.2.1 upgrade 💪

The previous Redis version bundled with Argo CD contained 64 known vulnerabilities, including several rated as high severity. By moving to Redis 8.2.1, the project significantly reduces exposure to these risks and strengthens the overall security posture of Argo CD deployments.
