David MacPhee is today's volunteer in the Gallery. He writes, "Come see Beastie and all my cats at the Arkansas Craft Gallery June 20, 10-5 in downtown Mountain View. I will be hosting.
The Gallery is open 10-5, Tues-Sat. Cooler in the mountains, lots of water nearby..Come see."

People sometimes feel they need to be able to articulate why they want a particular work before they are allowed to buy it. That is not how it works.

The attraction does not need a defense. You do not have to be able to explain Beastie to someone who asks; you just have to know it belongs in your space.

The explanation, if you want one, tends to arrive later on its own.
