After more than four decades of welcoming guests into our historic Victorian home, Chez TJ will be closing its doors.
This has not been an easy decision, and one made with great care and reflection.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has dined with us, celebrated with us, and been part of our story over the years. From memorable evenings to meaningful milestones, it has been an honor to share our table with you.

Schramsberg Brut Rosé is crafted in the traditional méthode champenoise, with secondary fermentation in the bottle to develop its fine bubbles and layered complexity.
Made primarily from Pinot Noir, it offers bright notes of wild strawberry, citrus, and a delicate minerality, making it a natural pairing for a refined tasting menu.
