Ginger Ridge Farms was the largest organic ginger and banana producer in the USA for many years. We are now focusing primarily on vegetables and bananas.

We are USDA certified organic and want to bring healthy, local food to our community. We are offering a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program to the Hilo, Pahoa, and Mountain View areas.
