Flourish at Bishop Ranch was just featured in Steelcase's Work Better Magazine! We designed Flourish in close collaboration with Steelcase and One Workplace, with a goal to redefine the modern workplace as a space to connect, collaborate, and belong. Rooted in history and designed for momentum, this workplace brings maritime legacy, storytelling, and collaboration together through warm materials, curated artifacts, and spaces made for connection.
With an accelerated schedule, this project called for a truly collaborative integrated design-build approach. It took steady coordination, quick decisions, and a whole lot of teamwork to bring it across the finish line. AP+I Day recap! Another great year celebrating promotions, reflecting on the past year, and getting excited for what’s ahead. This year, we focused on communication across teams (with a Lego exercise) and celebrated big wins with some champagne.🥂
We wrapped up the day at Valley Goat for lunch and games. Thanks to the entire AP+I team for bringing laughter and good vibes to a day full of numbers and charts. 😆🩷
