Williams Cemetery
Please help us preserve the beauty our loved ones deserve. The primary cost is mowing. Second is probably fence and gate maintenance.

We have another tree down on the fence. We need to plan a work day at the annual meeting in June.
Leveled out stones, trimmed back overgrown plants, and removed mildew and mold. Was a successful day. Thankful to Mother Nature for a lovely afternoon to spend with family.

Hello - we had a great turnout to our annual graveyard meeting. Please comment below if you would like meeting notes and to donate to mows this year.
We will be scheduling a Saturday, September 14 work day and bbq - so keep an eye out for an invite.

Thanks to all the volunteers who moved a tree, removed invasive plants, sprayed stones, and tidied up.

Hi Williams Graveyard Patrons,
We've received total donations of $1970 to date and along with carry-over funds from 2022 we will have just enough to cover the remaining 14 anticipated mows in 2023. We will be uploading meeting minutes shortly.
Please also make a note of our Sept 16th work day at the graveyard.
Respectfully submitted by Amanda Earhart, Secretary/Treasurer
& Larry Moore, President

It appears that a vehicle drove through the cemetery fence and out between the headstones in the Baugh section of the cemetery. The fence was partially fixed so that it isn’t obvious until you look closer. We need to consider a hedge or some other barrier by the road.

Meet the Residents. Young ladies' organ class. Second from left is Nettie Pennington. Third from left is her future sister-in-law Minnie McCord. Today they are buried head to toe in adjoining rows in the cemetery. But once they were pretty young ladies taking organ lessons.
