Fresh local Box Turtle Farm spring greens, parsley brown rice & quinoa, harrisa seasoned chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and hibiscus pickled red onions served with pomegranate molasses vinaigrette.
It quickly became a deli favorite.

I need to give a big Thank You to the Jean's Healthway. We got hit pretty hard last week. The support has been amazing! We are very lucky to have such great friends.

Two have became one in the last high tunnel addition. For the last 16 months, I’ve been slowly adding space. It’s nice to be almost done.
