Spark Recording

Hi everyone, I'm trying to raise money to attend a couple weddings this summer for some very wonderful people, so here's a couple new songs. I'm also looking for artists to record this summer! I have a new tracking setup that's really sounding better than anything I've done previously and would love to use it on your next project.

Caroline Polachek quickly became one of my favorite artists, at least of the last decade or 2, when I was introduced to her music a little under a year ago. So for fun I covered her song So Hot You're Hurting My Feelings. Additionally, and arguably the better sounding recording of the two, is a song I wrote.

As a Matter of Fancy I've been influenced by musical theater and certain experiences of sacred music. What do you hear in these songs?

Apologies for the radio silence! Social media is not exactly my priority. We’ve been working the last couple of weeks on the latest artist’s project and already really excited about the results. Not taking on anything new at the moment but DM to schedule something for the summer!

While not the inaugural recording session of the new space, this recording with my brothers and I is the first to be released! We went in with no expectations and nothing pre-planned, just trying to play music and have fun. So it is not pristine recording quality but it's definitely interesting. This is a short sample of the first piece we played. Check it out! Should sound good on most speakers.
