In consideration of some recent events and situations, we got some things loaded and coming hot down the pipe! It’d be a lie to say the wheels ain’t still turnin’ and burnin’ as well either!

We’ll have more details to share in the coming weeks, but the fires are stoked, the steam engines runnin’ hot, and responses have been solidifying to this point to say the least.

Hands, keep your mind in the middle and them riggin’ bags ready! Y’all are already the ones making it bigger, better, and worth it! 🤘

It’s a little later than we normally shoot for, but we’ve been waiting on a call to confirm! We will not be having a practice pen this Saturday, 5/16, due to us hauling a handful to Rockin A Rodeo - Battle Of The Beast that same evening!

However, we are looking to have a pen on Sunday, 5/17, starting at 12p! It will be $15 a head, or $40 for 3. Spectators are welcome.

We also have been informed there will very likely be some short people running around that will gladly take some of your pocket dollars in exchange for drinks, snacks, and such as well.

Riders 18+, you will need to sign a notarized waiver if you have not already. Those under 18yrs old will need a guardian present, we have a notary on-site. You will not be allowed on without a waiver, no exceptions.

Due to stock numbers, we need you to get with us directly in order to sew up your seat. You can either message Bar R Rodeo & Cattle Co. or Tanner Ray directly, you can also message JH Roughstock or Carl David Otten directly!

Due to the weather outlook, and Mother’s Day weekend, we will unfortunately not be holding a practice pen this weekend.

Good news though, the stock should be fresh for the next weekend! 🤙

Just as a heads up, we also will not be holding a practice the weekend of 5/23 as we’ll be hauling bulls to a Carothers Rodeo Company event in Salem, IN. Additionally, we will not be holding a practice the weekend of 5/30-5/31 due to hauling to the Bluegrass Youth Rodeo Association rodeo in Richmond, KY.

We’ve told you all we would, and we know our word and our name are the only two things we leave this world with, so we dang sure are.



We’ve got more time in preparation than we do ex*****on. If that ain’t for the status quo of this life, I don’t know what is. Things have been lining up how they should, and we’re trucking along on getting things complete.

With roughly 85% of the roughstock end of our arena completed, we’re right there 🤏 to crackin’ latches folks!

It’s been a beautiful couple days to get this lined out, which has allowed us to have some heavy attention to detail, with JH Roughstock helping at every turn.

We’re truly blessed by The Father to spend our days doing what we love with those we love.

It’s time to get it on your minds hands! We’re about to start buckin’, and it’s back to what this end of the arena was meant to be, not what many have turned it into. Come find out. 🤘

Very frankly put, this is not just what we do but who we are.

We’re grinding a whole new flavor to bring to central Kentucky. We ain’t never been for fittin’ in, so we’re gonna just be outlaws in this thoroughbred and black cow country.

Along with the help of JH Roughstock, we’re about to open rodeo, specializing in all things buckin’, to the Mount Sterling/Owingsville, Kentucky area! 🤘🤙

If you think you’re cowboy enough, come on, because there’ll be no counterfeits. C**k you hammer and be handy with the steal, because we’re gonna do this like we do back home in the south land (or out west for the eastern folks).

The boys will be headed to Alamo, TN this weekend to buck!

We got to spend the day giving some young folks a brief introduction into the youth rodeo world.

From some equipment and tack, stationary training aids, and even Kolter Wyatt Ray introducing them to two bulls that would be within their age range! Both Grim and Cream got their fill of cubes and sliced bread today. After unloading and turning out, both were happily looking for a place to take a nap after their long snacking.

The day wouldn’t have been the success it was without the help and input of both him and Miss Kallahan as well. They took on big roles of leadership in instructing their peers, and they were just as excited to share it as the kids were to receive it!
