Position: Part-Time Family Involvement Coordinator & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
📸 Create and manage social media content that showcases our programs, students, and events
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Plan and coordinate family engagement activities and special events
💬 Communicate with families to encourage participation and build strong partnerships
📅 Develop content calendars and maintain consistent social media presence
📷 Capture photos, videos, and stories that highlight our preschool community
🤝 Collaborate with staff to promote classroom activities, celebrations, and center initiatives

Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
✔ Creativity in content creation, photography, and storytelling
✔ Excellent organization and time management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
✔ Passion for early childhood education and family engagement

Are you passionate about early childhood education, curriculum excellence, and creating high-quality learning environments? Join our team as a Curriculum & Quality Accreditation Coordinator and help shape the educational experiences that prepare young learners for lifelong success.

Key Responsibilities:
📚 Support the implementation and continuous improvement of preschool curriculum across multiple learning center sites.
⭐ Lead and coordinate quality improvement and accreditation initiatives
📝 Monitor compliance with program standards and licensing requirements
👩‍🏫 Coach and support teaching staff in best practices and instructional excellence
📊 Analyze program data and documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes
🤝 Collaborate with leadership, teachers, and families to promote a culture of excellence across multiple learning center sites.

Qualifications:
✔ Strong knowledge of early childhood education and child development
✔ Experience with curriculum planning, assessment, and program quality standards
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✔ Proficiency with technology and data management systems
✔ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Perform daily secretarial and administrative tasks
• Communicate with parents regarding enrollment, schedules, and center updates
• Maintain accurate student and program records
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Support the leadership team with office operations and special projects

Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and email systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
