Taking grading beyond the screen. 🚧
Our first Grading Workshop brought team members from our Charlotte, Greenville, and Mount Pleasant offices together to connect design intent to real-world field conditions through 3D modeling exercises and hands-on demonstrations. Team members even took the lesson outside, using string lines to model grading concepts in the field and better understand how design decisions shape site conditions.

Our Charlotte Women’s Initiative recently enjoyed a Garden Gathering, where we created our own bouquets and enjoyed a guided meditation. It was the perfect reminder to pause, be present, and enjoy time together.

From Friday night to Saturday night, our team took on the 24-Hour Relay Race at the U.S National Whitewater Center. Between trail runs, team challenges, and thunderstorms along the way, there was never a dull moment!
The art of arrival, redesigned. ✨
SW+ partnered with The Charleston Place Hotel to redesign the main entry plaza and create a more welcoming arrival experience. The project relocated the drop-off and short-term parking from Market Street to Meeting Street and added shaded seating areas for hotel guests and pedestrians enjoying the surrounding shopping district. The result is a refreshed space that blends comfort, functionality, and Charleston charm.
